What is Cosplay World
Cosplay World is an event that focuses on the Art of Cosplaying!
The team behind Cosplay World are all frequent attendees of events throughout the year, with interests in various geek-esque areas from games to film, comics to cartoon, but we all have one thing in common- we love cosplay!
So we decided to make an event which focuses on all things cosplay, photographer collaboration, skill building, knowledge sharing, and technique mastering!

Jason Keith is an Eisner Award nominated color artist living in Richmond, Virginia. For the majority of the past 15 years he has colored exclusively for Marvel Comics, on titles such as The Avengers, Hulk, Wolverine, Amazing Spider-Man, Mighty Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, Ghost Rider, Ultimate Avengers, Star Wars and Darth Vader. After years of being a guest at comic cons Jason created COSPLAY WORLD for all his cosplaying friends.
Corwyn Johnson has been attending conventions since 2005, his first being Otakon. Over the course of the past 17+ years, he’s attended 75 shows of varying sizes.
He has been doing Cosplay Photography since 2009 under the moniker of MindFall Media. He has been printed in several publications/websites, notably 2 issues of Japan’s Cosmode, 4 issues of Cosplay Realm Magazine, and having several images used in Yaya Han’s book 1000 Incredible Costume & Cosplay Ideas.
Corwyn graduated from Drexel University in 2010, with a Bachelor’s of Science with Honors in Film/Video production specializing in Producing. He currently works in Technology Merchandising.
Kyle Kirkner is owner and creator of Creative Cosplays Magazine that he started with his wife back in 2019. Creative Cosplays Magazine is a publication that has been showcasing the talent within the cosplay community since 2019. His background is in Graphic Design which he has been doing for over 15 years. A big-time nerd and longtime cosplayer himself, he is always looking for ways to get involved and help out the cosplay community.
